Dosimetry: Internal Exposure & IVIVE

Zoom
5th May 2022

Refinement of exposure estimates can be achieved by measuring and modelling the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) of a cosmetic ingredient. This module covers the type of data and processes used to model biokinetics (physiologically-based kinetic – PBK – modelling) and in vitro-to-in vivo extrapolation and discusses the applications of this information in risk assessment.
